- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Comerica used to be a great bank. I banked with them for years in Chicago and now Detroit. Unfortunately, its customer service has deterioriated to the point of non-existence.. Comerica CSRs love to quote rules, but cannot tell you the written location of the quoted rules, and they talk over you you if they don't agree with what you say. My biggest complaint is the inconsistent application of these rules (i.e., one week they accept two-party endorsed checks deposited through ATM machines, the next week they do not). I stopped using Comerica for anything except very specific banking needs. After the latest incident, I intend to close all of my accounts and recommend to everyone I know that they do the same. FYI -- I know that my employer received similar treatment, and we used to keep an eight figure balance in our Comerica accounts. They are moving their accounts and are now recommending to all employees that they take their banking business elsewhere.By A Google User, September 22, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These employees are the rudest around. The guy is nice but the women there are terrible. They will NOT help you at all and are always totally irritated. Unacceptable.
